This Privacy Policy sets out how Healthtrace (hereinafter the Company) uses and protects the information we collect when you use the website www.seha.ma (hereinafter the Site) and take advantage of online medical appointment booking, electronic prescriptions, digital medical records and the ability to purchase prescribed medication online (hereinafter the Services).
The protection of your personal data is a constant concern for us, and the Company hereby undertakes to ensure that :
Only the personal information necessary for the proper functioning of the Service is collected
Your private information is secure and protected
The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are fully aware of and agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site and the Service.

Why do we need certain personal data?
SEHA is a Service that allows any User to find a Healthcare Professional and make an appointment online with one of them.
The collection of certain personal information is necessary to organize the connection of the User with a Health Professional and to allow the latter to receive the Patient in the best conditions. In addition, some of your personal data is stored to allow you to manage, modify or cancel your appointments.
Thus, in order to access the Service, the User must open a Personal Account when confirming his request for an appointment. The creation of the account is subject to the choice of a User Name and a Password (hereinafter the Identifiers).
What kind of information do we collect?
In the course of providing the Service, the User will be asked to provide personal information about him/her. The personal data that the Company collects from the User may include
His name and surname
His national identity card
His email address
His telephone number
His postal address
His age
IP address (virtual address of his or her computer)
Our Service may include optional surveys, designed to gather your opinions about your experience on our Site, use of our Service, or your opinion of the Health Care Professionals you have visited.
We may also track your activities and preferences when you visit our Site (see "Cookies" below).
What is the purpose of the information we collect?
The personal data collected is intended to enable the implementation of the online appointment booking Service. This data is necessary for the proper functioning of the Service and is only used for the following purposes
To transmit to the Health Professional the information necessary to organize and prepare the User's appointment
To allow the User to manage all his appointments at any time via a secure personal Account
Send the User administrative emails, for example to notify you of the confirmation of an appointment, its modification or cancellation, and remind you of the appointments you have scheduled
Process requests received by Customer Service
Conduct internal analysis and research in order to improve our Site and Service
Who can access the information we collect?
Some of the personal information collected may be transmitted to the Health Professional with whom you have requested an appointment in order to allow him/her to organize the appointment in the best conditions and to prepare his/her consultation / intervention. Each Health Professional receiving personal information within the framework of the Service undertakes to guarantee its confidentiality, in compliance with the professional secrecy to which he/she is subject. The Company undertakes not to transmit this personal data to any other unauthorized third party.
Treatment of personal data
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your personal details and any other information required to access the Site's Services and to update this information regularly if necessary.
In Morocco, in accordance with the law n°09-08 promulgated by the Dahir 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of personal data, you benefit from a right of access and rectification of the information which concerns you, which you can exercise by contacting [email protected]. You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to your data being processed. This processing has been notified to and authorized by the CNDP under receipt/authorization No. (Pending).
The personal data collected may be transferred to AWS in Luxembourg in accordance with the transfer request filed with the CNDP.
Retention Periods
All personal data collected is kept in a form that allows identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and further processed.
In this context, the collection, processing and retention of personal data by SEHA have been subject to prior authorization requests to the CNDP in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and are carried out in accordance with the prior authorization(s) thus issued.
At the end of the period necessary to achieve the purposes of collection and processing of the users' personal data, the latter are permanently deleted.
It is specified that as regards data relating to the health of users and communicated via the platform to health professionals, the latter themselves determine the duration of storage of the said data, SEHA not acting in this context as the data controller.

Cookies
In order to facilitate access to the Service, the Company uses cookies on its Site. Cookies are small text files that a Web site sends to your computer to record your online activity. Cookies allow users to easily navigate the Site and perform various functions. The purpose of cookies is to improve the fluidity of the Service and to allow the optimal functioning of the Site. The User is informed that when these cookies are deactivated, the Site may not function optimally or certain functions may not be accessible. At no time do these cookies allow the Company to personally identify the User. These cookies are kept on the User's computer for no longer than one (1) month. However, the User is informed that he/she has the right to oppose the recording of these cookies, in particular by configuring his/her Internet browser to do so.
Security
We take the necessary measures to protect your personal information. These include implementing processes and procedures to minimize unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information and hosting it on secure servers. However, we cannot guarantee that the risk of misuse of your personal information by intruders is completely eliminated. Protect your account passwords and do not share them with anyone.
